Orange: MSI Animation

Orange Business Services wanted to increase the awareness of its multisourcing service integration (MSI) offering. Also known as service integration and management (SIAM), the idea behind MSI is to provide a management overlay across multiple third party suppliers. It is unlike traditional big ticket outsourcing because the customer retains control of their own supplier. The MSI instead acts as a the policeman for the customer allowing them to enjoy a consistent service across multiple suppliers, without any buck-passing between them.

We worked with Orange to develop a simple concept that would work in a short animation as the MSI being a conductor of a symphony of suppliers. The MSI would be responsible for them all playing in tune, and allowing the customer to slot new musicians as required. The voice over explains how it all works (requires sound).
