Ciena: engaging case studies

Brief

Case studies were long, dry and typically unread. Ciena wanted a way to make them more engaging and to clearly communicate the journey the customer went on.

Solution

Utilising the visual language of infographics, we distilled customer stories down to the essentials, creating clear narrative, feature and benefits from a particular project. The customer stories were also published as slides for use in 1-2-1 meetings.
